Theme - Nature

This forum opened at 2009-05-31 for the purpose of Organzing Ursus and such just keep a few things in mind: -It would be realy nice to register with your name, or some sort of way that we know who you are... -All spams will be deleted- All that against the forum regulations (hope you read it), and the law will be deleted, and you'll account may be banned. keep in mind that as this site just started, everyone (even the ones who didn't register) have the ability to post and comment, but if things do go wrong...... registered posting will be applied.

Hi =) As promised, I did a little something for the cover of Ursus. I don't know what to put in besides the year. Maybe MCI...or the volume/ edition thing? Anyways, it's located here:URSUS cover CoverAnyways, I'm not sure if it has to comply with the nature theme but I just like typography a lot. I might post a few more if I have time...

Aww thank for the positive feedback. I do admit it leans towards the feminine side (eek I don't want to get killed! but you have to admit, most of Ursus are girls -runs away-). Lol there's...green. Very nature-y. I'll go back to the drawing board ;D

lol do you?I brainstormed about three designs, kinda related to each other slightly. I'd scan it on but my scanner isn't working. I'll bring it to school and either I find you Roy or you find me and I can show it to you.

It's a little rough, but here's a way you can make the cover less boring and bring in the theme of nature. The top-left, and bottom 2 images are from google and the top-right one is mine. If you think this is fine, I can take pictures of nature around the school, or get some from the photo people.

This is Peter Humenick.

Anyways, pictures of the nature around school would be better, people will probably recognize them, and you don't have to pay for stock photos, you can frame your own shots to fit the typography, and you need really large photos to fit the cover properly. I made it a montage because I don't have any larger pictures on hand.

lol usually stock photos are of good resolution and great size. I dunno. I'm still waiting for feedback on the orientation of the yearbook.
